The Nesbit Lab at UNR
The Nesbit lab at UNR started in Fall 2023 and focuses on inorganic and organometallic synthesis, catalysis, and mechanistic studies using transition metal compounds. The lab is particularly interested in chemical transformations relevant to sustainability in chemical synthesis and frequently takes inspiration from chemical reactions mediated by metallozenzymes.
The Nesbit lab is brand new to UNR and looking for members. Current UNR students (both graduate and undergraduate) who are interested should contact Prof. Nesbit via email (mnesbit@unr.edu) for more information.
